OUR RETURN POLICY

Eligibility:
Products are eligible for return within 2 days of delivery. Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the return meets our quality standards and conditions then the refunds will be processed.


Conditions:
Returned items must be in unused, unopened condition with all original packaging.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@purplelifesciences.com with your order number.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned items.

Return Shipping:
Shipping, logistics, and handling charges will be deducted from the original payment. The remaining amount will then be refunded to the customer. Customers are responsible for these costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
